Enjoy outdoors or at least on the porch.
You don’t need Wine Club to stroll into a store and buy a bottle of Pinot Grigio (and to be crystal clear, we know that nobody truly ‘needs’ Wine Club.) What Wine Club does best is to present the unusual, stretch horizons and perspectives, and educate. Why is Chenin Blanc such a perfect warm weather choice? (it’s the acid..) What’s a Bordeaux grape like Petit Verdot doing in Spain? (It’s the phylloxera) What happens when you don’t overcrop Cinsault? (good stuff) How can you grow a ‘cool climate’ variety like Sauvignon Blanc in southern France? (altitude+wind). Etc. Read about it, then taste for yourself and see if you agree. If you don’t, let us know-we like a challenge-but above all, enjoy!
