Zardetto is primarily known for its Prosecco: crisp but fruity base for a mimosa, or 'everyday' priced bubbly. But Prosecco isn't pink, right? Wrong! In 2020, the Prosecco appellation started allowing Rose Prosecco, made with the addition of up to 14% Pinot Noir. Zardetto's version is zesty but creamy, with aromas and flavors of raspberry, strawberry, and citrus. It is NOT SWEET. It IS delicious, and deliciously inexpensive, too!
