Made in Portugal in Madeira Islands off the coast of Africa. Made by the canteiro method, this Madeira can age for decades!
Made from Tinta Negra and aged in oak barrels for at least a decade before bottling. Molasses, walnut, dates, fig, and dried fruits on the nose and throughout the palate. Flavors of candied orange and fruitcake and a raisiny sweetness with fresh acidity on the mid- palate, plus a smooth, sweet finish.
