Stop asking that your wine be 'clean', and start demanding it be delicious.

Consider Pink
What does Pink mean to you? Barbie dolls? Ballet tights? Breast Cancer Awareness? Sugary sweetness? None of those answers are exactly wrong, but they aren’t 100% right, either. Because frequently, Pink + Wine =Delicious.
I couldn’t possibly count the number of times I have recommended a dry rosé, specifically stating, ‘This is a great little dry rosé’, only to have the customer reply, ‘Oh, I don’t like sweet wines.’ Which is akin to saying, ‘Would you like to buy this dog?’ and hearing, ‘No, I’m allergic to cats.’
Pink is on my mind this week because Valentine’s Day is approaching, a holiday where even bubble-averse Americans tend to drink bubbly. And when I think of bubbly, I definitely think of pink bubbly. As delicious as still rosé is, bubbly rosé is just that much more awesome. Fresh, pure, and delicate, but with haunting flavors of blood orange, raspberry, pink grapefruit, citrus zest-or maybe all of the above- pink bubbly also has zesty bubbles that make it essentially lively and refreshing.
Now, Cassie and I firmly believe that every day is a good day for pink bubbles. (Having a bad day? Open a pink bubbly. Having a great day? Oooh! Let’s celebrate with pink bubbly!) But if you need a special occasion to pop the cork on some pink bubbles, then V-Day seems like the one. We have lots of choices: rosé Champagne of course, but also domestic sparkling rosé, and even a great pink bubbly from Austria. We have normal-sized bottles, and some fabulous fat magnums.
You could do chocolate for the big day. You could do a card. But trust us: REAL men and women Drink Pink.
