It's not every day you find a well-priced Bordeaux Blanc. It's even rarer to find one pre-aged for you. (And yes, white Bordeaux can age. Beautifully.) Dominated by Sauvignon Blanc with just a touch of Semillon to flesh it out-perfumed and elegant, but bone dry. Complex aromas and flavors of orange blossom, lemon, grapefruit, mineral, and honeycomb are followed by a long, crisp finish. This would be stellar with chicken or fish Or cheese. Or just a gorgeous, refreshing glass. The price is just gravy.
