2020 Rose Sixpack #2

Hooray! It's time for another rosé sixpack! Now introducing: the 2020* Rosé Sixpack, V2.0 Start off with the Aime Roquesante. This old favorite was the very first rosé we sold in 2013, and it's still delicious, clean and crisp as a Provencal breeze! Move on to the Gavoty La Cigale, a new offering from importer Neal Rosenthal. Completely organic, it has a juicy, zesty, raspberry-and-citrus vibe. Next up, the Skouras Zoe, for a blast of pure watermelon-tinged sunshine. Delightful fruit flavors, but dry Dry, DRY. Then take a quick trip to the Mendocino with Kivelstadt's Twice Removed, a southern Rhone-ish rosé filtered through California's constant sunshine and bold fruit. Fresh and berry-forward, it finishes with hints of citrus and green herbs. Then head over to Paso Robles, for Daou Vineyards' Rosé. Normally, I don't associate 'Paso Robles' and 'graceful', but there's always an exception, and this is it! Big Paso fruit meets a graceful, lithe finish. Strawberries dancing a ballet. Last, but certainly not least, there's Carol Shelton's Wild Thing Rendezvous Rosé. The First Lady of Zinfandel makes this beauty from old-vine Carignan in a bold, juicy, goes with everything almost-but-not-quite-a-red style. Brambly fruit and plenty of spice make it a natural for grill night. Your six bottles will be packed into a reusable Pour Richard's logo tote, the easier to carry a few bottles on a picnic. Your corkscrew and a couple glasses will easily fit, too, so enjoy! Cheers! *It's 2021, but 2020 is the current rosé vintage
