La Belle Etoile Rosé features soft, rich strawberry, raspberry, and melon flavors with a clean, crisp finish.  The grapes for the Chateau de Manissy "Belle Etoile" originate from organically certified vineyards owned by wine-maker Florian André's mother. The high percentage of Cinsault brings freshness and delicacy to the wine, with hints of raspberry that linger on the balanced, refreshing palate. Great by itself or served with salads, goat cheeses, and light summer meals.
