A painter may blend paint to create layers, sun, and shadow; winemakers use a ‘palette’ of flavors to create complex delicious wines that delight your palate! For this event, YOU play winemaker-try your hand at blending flavors (with some expert help) and taste the delicious results! We will be using various Bordeaux varietals from Sonoma County, CA winery Pedroncelli. Pedroncelli Vineyards recently celebrated 100 years of family-owned estate winemaking.
