Bourbon must, by law, be made from at least 51% corn, but from there, there are a LOT of variations. More wheat makes a silkier spirit. More rye, a spicier one. A high amount of corn translates as sweetness, full and rich. Which do you like?
At this class, we'll taste several examples and ages of each type, and compare. You'll leave with a better idea of your taste in Bourbon AND a 10% discount on anything you purchase that evening.
