What's a mashbill? (AKA Bourbon class)

Tuesday, January 13, 2015 - 7:00pm to 9:00pm

What kind of bourbon do you like? High Rye? Wheated? Mostly corn? Come to our first Spirits Seminar of 2015, and find out for yourself!

Bourbon must, by law, be made from at least 51% corn, but from there, there are a LOT of variations. More wheat makes a silkier spirit. More rye, a spicier one. A high amount of corn translates as sweetness, full and rich. Which do you like?

At this class, we'll taste several examples and ages of each type, and compare. You'll leave with a better idea of your taste in Bourbon AND a 10% discount on anything you purchase that evening.

Class is 7-9 PM, and pre-registration is requested. Cost is $40 per attendee.
